2026 Revival of the Fittist

Revival –
A reawakening of spiritual fervor.
A restoration of bodily and mental to consciousness to life to success.

Life is life and sometimes it is the mundane motions of walking this path that stagnate your soul.

I feel stuck.

Same job that I love however, new systems, new tasks, less time for the part of the job I love.

Same house. But it needs some repairs.

Same car. But it needs a tire rotation and upkeep.

My writing has stagnated. My finances have blown off the charts of manageable. Im drowning a little. Partially my fault and partially just life.

I find myself randomly scrolling and playing games on my phone just to avoid the things thst actually refuel my soul. So we regroup.

Do you feel this?

Revival. I need to refill, refuel, restore and reinstate goodness in my action plan for the days ahead.

I love this fact: Revival follows times of apathy. I feel it coming.  After periods of decline things happen. Yes.

I feel it in my soul. I feel it in the world. I need Jesus fuel and so does the world.

I have felt a slowing of my fervor. I have had to examine my daily practices, disciplines and uncover the things that have led to this current state sitting in my valley.

So as the new year has dawned I made the following action plan, vision, prayers for 2026.

  1. I will swim 2 miles a week. 104 miles for the year.
  2. I will start the steps over in writing my memoir so my mind is fresh on topic. I will finish my manuscript. I will get the cover process done. I will publish it by early 2027.
  3. I will pay down my debt, find ways to save, give graciously back to God who gives it all to me. I will be intentional with my spending. I will save.
  4. I will do some repairs on the house and forgo unnecessary items.
  5. I will read the books in front of me. I will listen to books on audio. I will be intentional in learning, and growing in my faith. I will complete a new Bible study every quarter. I will read my daily devotionals.
  6. I will pray for my children and grandchildren, my family, church, friends, government.
  7. I will reach my sales goals and empower others to do the same.
  8. I will put down my phone and stop random scrolling until all my things are completed.
  9. I will serve the Lord with gladness on praise team, helping the children sing, teaching the ladies, and sharing Christ with others.
  10. I will revisit my goals, prayers and vision for the year weekly and seek the Revival of my soul for 2026.

I want to empower you into a revival of your soul. I will be writing about revival this year giving you insights into healing, change, faith building, and grace. Please reach out to me. Seriously, I need good conversations over coffee or phone and in the Word.

Healing from anything takes a sifting. We all have things we need to heal from, overcome, and we all need change in our lives. Lets make 2026 the revival of the fittest mind, body and soul.

Stay Beautiful,

Susanne
