I would be honored to speak at your women’s events, retreats, recovery groups, wellness workshops or even small groups. Below is a list of some popular topics. I can speak on usually any topic related to Faith, Truth and Redemption. Please contact me through the contact page. I will travel.
- One Abuser, Two Abuser, Three Abuser, four: NO MORE– After five decades of going from one abusive relationship to another I broke free for the last time. The abused return to their abuser an average of seven times before they break free or worse. I share my testimony intertwined with practical tips on how to break free from an abusive situation and heal.
- How to help someone who has been through abuse – Understanding the different types of abuse, why they go back and how you can help them personally in the healing process.
- Finding God in the Hard Places and Spaces – Almost everyone struggles with seeing God in our tragedies and traumatic events in our life and in the world. It is important to draw out of your story where God has protected you, walked with you, loved you and held you. Redemption is a holy work.
- Faith of a Single Mom – Single motherhood is a calling. So many women view single motherhood as a tragedy. Tragedy might have led you to it, but God is calling you through it. Embracing this as a positive mission will empower you to become dependent on God and independently successful without rushing into rash decisions for survival.
- Trusting God’s Provision – Trusting is hard, especially if you have had reasons to mistrust others. God promises that He is our Provider and calls us to trust Him to provide for us. How do we do that? Tips and stories in learning to trust that God provides even when you cannot see.
- Redemption of a Rebellious Girl – If you watch a child learning and growing you discover quickly their defiant, selfish spirit. It takes discipline, training and prayer to teach a child to be healthy, happy, kind, loving and giving people. We are born rebellious against laws, authority and rules. God calls it sin. We want what we want. When we add in tragedy, discrimination, abuse, divorce (the list is endless) it is a hard concept to trust in what you cannot see. When we set boundaries, learn discipline we discover the freedom that comes in trusting God and building a strong faith.
Cost for speaking depends on length of speaking engagement, travel, meals, lodging.
